The Fund

Maxus Opportunity Fund is a private fund specializing in investing in real estate opportunities within designated opportunity zones. The principals within Maxus Opportunity Fund sponsor a variety of multifamily and commercial real estate projects across the Mid-West and South Eastern portion of the United States, which projects currently comprise 487,185 square feet of gross building area under control or development.

We have an extensive background in multiple disciplines including restructuring, development, structured finance, debt and equity origination and property management.
