Mr. Johnson is a 1978 graduate of the University of Missouri – Columbia. Upon graduation, Mr. Johnson joined the international accounting firm of Arthur Andersen & Company where he was promoted to Tax Manager in 1982. At Arthur Andersen, Mr. Johnson specialized in structuring real estate transactions for clients and was on the National Real Estate Team. In 1988, Mr. Johnson left Arthur Andersen to pursue a career in the acquisition and management of commercial and multi-family real estate projects. Mr. Johnson is a licensed real estate broker and a certified public accountant in the State of Missouri.

Mr. Snyder joined Maxus in 2014. He is 1996 graduate of the University of Missouri – Columbia with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Following graduation, Mr. Snyder served a broad range of clients for international accounting firms Arthur Andersen & Company and KPMG LLP for over 13 years. While at Arthur Andersen and KPMG, he worked extensively with clients in real estate, consumer services, manufacturing and biotechnology. In 2009, Mr. Snyder joined Hostess Brands where he was the Vice President and Corporate Controller. In 2011, Mr. Snyder joined Concorde Career Colleges where he served as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Snyder currently serves on the Board of Directors of Rainbow Center for Communicative Disorders.

Mr. Watson joined Maxus in June, 2017. He graduated from the University of Missouri – Columbia in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science and Masters in Accounting. Prior to joining Maxus, Mr. Watson served various clients throughout the Midwest while working within KPMG’s Audit and Consulting practices in both Kansas City and Chicago. Most recently, he was working with private equity clients as part of KPMG’s Chicago Deal Advisory practice. Mr. Watson holds active CPA licenses in Missouri and Illinois.

Ms. Totta has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Missouri – Kansas City.  Ms. Totta started her accounting career with Arthur Andersen & Company and then went on to KPMG LLP.  Ms. Totta joined Maxus Properties in 1991 at which time her primary job was the creation of the low income housing tax credit department.  Ms. Totta also oversees Maxus Properties’ tax and audit reporting obligations as well as investor relations. After a leave to raise her children, Ms. Totta rejoined Maxus Properties in 2005 and is responsible for overseeing and managing tax and regulatory compliance within Maxus Properties and its affiliates, ensuring that Maxus Properties and its employees are complying with regulatory requirements and with internal policies and procedures.  Ms. Totta also oversees the asset reporting obligations to MRTI’s large investor base.  Ms. Totta is also Corporate Secretary and Vice President of Reporting for MRTI. Within this role, Ms. Totta is responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, corporate records, securities market listings, compliance with listing standards, handling MRTI share transactions and liaising with auditors, lawyers, tax advisors, bankers and shareholders on board governance and other compliance issues.

Mr. Fletcher graduated from the University of Missouri – Columbia, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Real Estate. He joined Maxus in 2012 and is responsible for coordinating all acquisitions, dispositions, and refinancing of new and existing properties for the Maxus portfolio. He also handles negotiating and accounting for other income sources for the portfolio, i.e., cable contracts, laundry contracts, multifamily alarm contracts, internet service agreements, oil and gas leases, vending contracts, etc.

A graduate from the University of Kansas with a degree in Journalism, Mrs. Morrissey is happily multi-tasking at home with her husband, three kids, and dog. She is a passionate wife, mother, and businesswoman, dedicated to serving others with loyalty and success.

Mr. Baty graduated from the University of Kansas in 2006. Mr. Baty has over 14 years of business development, management, marketing, event and fundraising experience. Most recently he was the Senior Associate Athletic Director for External Operations for The University of Kansas Athletics, Inc. overseeing all fundraising, marketing and sales initiatives. Mr. Baty previously managed a 150,000 square foot multi-sports facility after leading business development and Treasury Services initiatives for Equity Bank and fundraising efforts for Wichita State Athletics.
